Reinheit: Produced in mice using highly pure recombinant human beta-NGF as the immunizing antigen. This IgG2bK antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Formulierung: A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS.
Antibody Type: Monoclonal Antibody
Anwendungsbeschreibung: WesternBlot: To detect Human beta-NGF by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 4.0-8.0 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human beta-NGF is 4.0-8.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.. Sandwich: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 200 pg/ml of recombinant Human beta-NGF when used with BioGems biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-Human beta-NGF (60-247BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 µg/ml.. Immunohistochemistry: This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human pancreas adenocarcinoma. The recommended concentration is 2.5 µg/mL with an overnight incubation at 4°C. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 9.0 buffer is recommended. See photo(s). Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary.

<span style=font-size: 10px,>Tissue samples were provided by the Cooperative Human Tissue Network, which is funded by the National Cancer Institute.
Information and photo are courtesy of Flagship Biosciences, LLC - Histology Services. . Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of Human beta-NGF (10.0 ng/ml), a concentration of 2.7 - 4.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required.. Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
