Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag GIPR-Nanodisc (0.2 µg/per well). Serial diluted anti-GIPR monoclonal antibody (orb2321966) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-GIPR monoclonal antibody binding with GIPR-Nanodisc is 862.5 ng/ml.
