This product was prepared from normal serum delipidation, salt fractionation, ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immuno-electrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Sheep IgG and anti-Sheep Serum.
