This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(c) and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse IgG F(ab).
Application Notes: Mouse IgG F(c) Antibody is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry requiring extremely low background levels, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity
