Western blot analysis of MCF-7 cell line lysates using ADAMDEC1 antibody
Western blot analysis of ADAMDEC1 Antibody (N-term) in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). ADAMDEC1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
ADAMDEC1 Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of WiDr cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma reacted with ADAMDEC1 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry, clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
