Anwendungsbeschreibung: Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized SERPINB2 in sterile 18MO-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. Biological Activity: The biologically active was determined by its inhibitory effect against single chain tPA induced cleavage of a chromogenic substrate in Imidazole Buffer at 37C.
