| Anwendungsbeschreibung: | IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Heat treatment is neccessary for paraffin embedded sections. Heat in a microwave oven, twice for 10 minutes in citrate buffer, pH 6.5.IP: Use at a concentration of 2 µg per 0.2 ml of cell extract. WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 55 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 54 kDa). ECL detection is used. |
