Anwendungsbeschreibung:
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: Western blot: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-Paraffin: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate) A: 293T 7.5% SDS PAGE PABPC4 antibody diluted at 1:1000
IHC of paraffin-embedded CL1-5 xenograft, using PABPC4 antibody antibody at 1:500 dilution.
