Thy-1 antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antiserum obtained from rabbits immunised with purified Thy-1 derived from rat brain.
Formel:
Each vial contains 100µl polyclonal antiserum containing 0.02% sodium azide.
Anwendungsbeschreibung:
Thy-1 is suitable for the detection of rat and mouse Thy-1 by immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissue sections. After drying, the sections can be either left unfixed or fixed with acetone at 4C for 4 min or 95% ethanol at 4C for 15 min or 4% formaldehyde in phosphate buffered saline pH 7.4 at 20C for 15 min. Also isolated cells can be immunocytochemically stained by this antiserum. Optimal antibody dilutions for the different applications should be determined by titration. Recommended range 1:50 - 1:100.
