A portion of amino acids 1-30 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this Desmin antibody.
Desmin are class-III intermediate filaments found in muscle cells. In adult striated muscle they form a fibrous network connecting myofibrils to each other and to the plasma membrane from the periphery of the Z-line structures. [UniProt]
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the Desmin antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
