BRAF is a human gene, with the protein more formally known as serine/threonine-protein kinase B-Raf. The protein is involved in sending signals inside cells, which are involved in directing cell growth. Drugs that treat cancers driven by BRAF mutations have been developed. The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the B-RAF antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
