This NFKBIE antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 109-141 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human NFKBIE.
Inhibits NF-kappa-B by complexing with and trapping it in the cytoplasm. Inhibits DNA-binding of NF-kappa-B p50-p65 and p50-c-Rel complexes.
