A portion of amino acids 687-716 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the POSTN antibody.
POSTN binds to heparin. It induces cell attachment and spreading and plays a role in cell adhesion and may play a role in extracellular matrix mineralization.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the POSTN antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
