A portion of amino acids 470-504 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the Erythropoietin Receptor antibody.
Receptor for erythropoietin. Mediates erythropoietin- induced erythroblast proliferation and differentiation. Upon EPO stimulation, EPOR dimerizes triggering the JAK2/STAT5 signaling cascade. In some cell types, can also activate STAT1 and STAT3. May also activate the LYN tyrosine kinase.

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Erythropoietin Receptor antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
