A portion of amino acids 171-199 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the RagD antibody. Isoforms 1 and 2 may be detected by this RagD antibody.
Ras-related GTP-binding protein D is a monomeric guanine nucleotide-binding protein, or G protein. By binding GTP or GDP, small G proteins act as molecular switches in numerous cell processes and signaling pathways.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the RagD antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
