Immunogen was synthetic peptide derived from Human Oxytocin-neurophysin 1. This antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with the immunogen. The IgG fraction was purified from rabbit serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
