11-epi-mogroside V is a natural mogroside compound isolated from the fruit of the monk fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii) and is the 11-position epimer of mogroside V. In vitro, 11-epi-mogroside V promotes glucose uptake by human HepG2 liver cells and can be used in research on obesity and type 2 diabetes.
