TrkA-IN-3 is a selective small-molecule inhibitor with an IC50 value of 22.4 nM. TrkA-IN-3 targets the tyrosine kinase activity of the nerve growth factor receptor TrkA, thereby blocking its downstream signaling pathways. In vitro, TrkA-IN-3 inhibits the proliferation and signal transduction of TrkA-positive cells and is commonly used to study the biological mechanisms underlying neuronal growth, pain signaling, and related tumor cells.
