NTX-1088 is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting PVR/CD155, which blocks the interaction between PVR and the co-stimulatory receptor DNAM1/CD226. It induces DNAM1 recovery and immune activation, making it suitable for anti-tumour immunotherapy.
