Immunogen: Partial recombinant corresponding to aa69-167 from human APTX (NP_778241) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
APTX is encoding a member of the histidine triad (HIT) superfamily, some of which have nucleotide-binding and diadenosine polyphosphate hydrolase activities. The encoded protein may play a role in single-stranded DNA repair. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: KLRFRLGYHAIPSMSHVHLHVISQDFDSPCLKNKKHWNSFNTEYFLESQAVIEMVQEAGRVTVRDGMPELLKLPLRCHECQQLLPSIPQLKEHLRKHW Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
