| GTP-binding protein that functions as an allosteric activator of the cholera toxin catalytic subunit, an ADP-ribosyltransferase. Involved in protein trafficking, may modulate vesicle budding and uncoating within the Golgi apparatus. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 15ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
