CD200R is a cell surface glycoprotein (also known as OX2R). In mouse CD200R is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils but also by other leukocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells. Studies suggest that CD200-CD200R interaction may be involved in the control of myeloid cellular function. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:50 Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-82D1: IgG2a, Rat Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
