CD200R, a cell surface glycoprotein (also known as OX2R). In mouse CD200R is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils but also by other leukocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells. Studies suggest that CD200-CD200R interaction may be involved in the control of myeloid cellular function. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-82D1: IgG2a, Rat Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
