Human IgG purified protein (Immunoglobulin G) are antibody molecules. Human IgG is composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains gamma and two light chains. Human IgG has two antigen binding sites. Other Immunoglobulins may be described in terms of polymers with the IgG structure considered the monomer. Human IgG typically constitutes 75% of serum immunoglobulins. Human IgG molecules are synthesized and secreted by plasma B cells. Absorption Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.8 moles FITC per mole of Human IgG Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, fluorescent Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 6 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Reinheit: Purified by ion exchange chromatography. IEP Assay shows a single precipitin arc against source serum protein and IgG.
Formulierung: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 0.02M potassium phosphate, 0.15M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (Immunoglobulin and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
