Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunoelectrophoresis, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:90,000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 to 1:5000 (tissue sections) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Reconstitute by addidng sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
