MIP-1 alpha, also known as CCL3, has a molecular weight of ~7.8kD, which is produced by activated macrophages. MIP-1 alpha has been shown to be involved in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal working dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% BSA. For long term storage add 0.09% sodium azide. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Reinheit: Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
