MCP-1 is also known as CCL-2. Rat MCP-1 is a chemokine of approximately 12kD, which plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
