Control peptide for N0530-15. Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Not suitable for use in Western Blot due to low molecular weight. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Antibody Blocking: 0.75ug peptide per 1ug antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
