Human CAR-T cells express a CAR containing a TF tag, hinge and transmembrane domains, the 4-1BB costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. There is no antigen-binding domain, so these cells can be used as a mock control for antigen-specific CAR-T cells.
