Application Notes:
WesternBlot: To detect Human MIP-3alpha by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 µg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human MIP-3alpha is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.. Sandwich: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/ml of recombinant Human MIP-3alpha when used with BioGems biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-Human MIP-3alpha (60-227BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 µg/ml.. Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
