Recombinant Human Soluble fms-like Tyrosine Kinase-1(Sflt-1) Protein is produced by Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Glu758 is expressed. The Sflt-1 protein has a calculated molecular mass of 85.5 kDa and migrates as an 110-120 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
