This Recombinant Human Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2), partial spans the amino acid sequence from region 19-174aa. Purity: Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
If the delivery form is liquid, the default storage buffer is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 5%-50% glycerol. If the delivery form is lyophilized powder, the buffer before lyophilization is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 6% Trehalose, pH 8.0.

Biological Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized Human TREM2 at 2 µg/mL can bind Anti-TREM2 recombinant antibody(CSB-RA024405MA5HU). The EC50 is 1.145-1.358 ng/mL. ②TREM2 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (CSB-RA024405MA5HU) captured on Protein A Chip can bind Recombinant Human TREM2 with an affinity constant of 0.146 nM as detected by TREM2aSPR Assay (WeSPRTM 200). Application Notes: We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C.
