Detection of human RAN by immunohistochemistry. Samples: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RAN (orb1523256) used at a dilution of 1: 5, 000 (0.2ug/ml). Detection: DAB
Detection of human RAN by immunohistochemistry. Samples: FFPE section of mouse renal cell carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RAN (orb1523256) used at a dilution of 1: 1, 000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DAB
Detection of human RAN by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction, 5% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RAN antibody (orb1523256) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. RAN was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (orb1523256) and a another antibody against a different epitope of RAN.
Detection of human RAN by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (2 µg) from HeLa, Hep-G2, Jurkat, HEK293T, and U2OS cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RAN antibody (orb1523256) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
Detection of mouse RAN by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (2 µg) from NIH 3T3, CT26, CH27, TCMK-1, and BW5147.3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RAN antibody (orb1523256) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
