Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag CXCR1-Nanodisc (0.2 µg/per well). Serial diluted anti-CXCR1 monoclonal antibody (orb1743096) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CXCR1 monoclonal antibody binding with CXCR1-Nanodisc is 2.330 ng/ml.
