Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase receptor Ret, EC:2.7.10.1, Cadherin family member 12, Proto-oncogene c-Ret, Soluble RET kinase fragment, Extracellular cell-membrane anchored RET cadherin 120 kDa fragment, RET, CDHF12, CDHR16, PTC
This Recombinant Human Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase receptor Ret (RET), partial (Active) spans the amino acid sequence from region 29-635aa. Purity: Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Biological Origin: Homo sapiens (Human). Biological Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human RET at 2 µg/mL can bind Anti-RET recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 1.857-2.048 ng/mL. Application Notes: We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference
