Recombinant human PD1 protein is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Leu25-Gln167 is expressed with a mFc tag at the C-terminus.
Application Notes: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles
Immobilized Anti-PDCD1 antibody at 2 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind Recombinant Human PDCD1 Protein. The ED50 of Recombinant Human PDCD1 Protein is 0.012 µg/ml.
