Mer-NF8054X inhibits cancer cells proliferation, induces differentiation and apoptosis. Mer-NF8054X synergistically enhances Retinoic acid (HY-14649)-induced differentiation of human leukemia cells. Mer-NF8054X can be used for the researches of Aspergillus fumigatus infection and promyelocytic leukemia[2].
