Alkyne-cRGD is a selective integrin alphavbeta3 ligand with Alkyne group. Alkyne-cRGD promotes integrin-mediated internalization and lysosomal degradation of extracellular proteins via the endosomal-lysosomal pathway when conjugated to an extracellular protein of interest. Alkyne-cRGD undergoes copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction[1].
