A portion of amino acids 161-194 of the mouse protein were used as immunogen for this Olig1 antibody.
OLIG1 is one of the three members of the bHLH family. The other two members are OLIG2 and OLIG3. This protein promotes formation and maturation of oligodendrocytes, especially within the brain.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the Olig1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
