Molecular Weight:
Recombinant protein product has a calculated molecular mass of 16 kDa. Due to the abundant glycosylation, it migrates as approximately 20-30 kDa protein bands in SDS-PAGE under DTT, beta-mercaptoethanol reducing conditions.
