Recombinant bovine pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF) is a secreted glycoprotein belonging to the non-inhibitory serpin family (SERPINF1). PEDF is widely recognized for its potent anti-angiogenic, neurotrophic, and cytoprotective properties.
