MS based quantitation of MAB2 purified from spike-in standards. Increasing amounts of MAB2, along with a constant amount of heavy MAB2 calibrant, were spiked into human serum (p/n D119-00-0050), and recovered by affinity purification for Lys-C peptide mapping with LC-MS.
