Western Blot of DYKDDDDK (FLAG) Positive Control Lysate. Lane 1: DYKDDDDK (FLAG) Positive Control Lysate. Load: 10 µg per lane. Primary antibody: Flag Antibody at 1:1,000 overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody: Mouse secondary antibody at 1:40,000 for 30 min at RT. Block: MB-070 for 30 min at RT. Predicted/Observed size: 60 kDa for DYKDDDDK tagged recombinant protein.
