APX-007 is a human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO cells that specifically targets IL-6 Receptor alpha (IL-6Ralpha/CD126). It features a huIgG1 heavy chain and a hukappa light chain, with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 150 kDa. By binding to IL-6Ralpha, APX-007 blocks the interaction between IL-6 and its receptor, thereby inhibiting both classical and trans-signaling pathways mediated by IL-6 and suppressing downstream inflammatory cascades. This antibody is a valuable tool for research into autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammation. The recommended isotype control is Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99001).
