The neutrophil NB1 antigen is expressed by 97% of the caucasian population. Antibodies against NB1 can be involved in neonatal alloimmune neutropenia (NAN). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells of 100ul whole blood or 1x10e6 cells in suspension Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
