Human erythroleukemic cell line (HEL) established from a 30 year old patient with relapsed erythroleukemia following treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma
Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Hemagglutination. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
