Tn is a cryptantigen which was recently designated CD175 at the 7th Leucocyte Typing Workshop. Tn antigen is not expressed on normal haemopoietic cells but exposure of the Tn is associated with polyagglutination. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry and Haemagglutination. Other applications have not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-78R: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Recommended positive control tissue: Breast carcinoma Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized mice were fused with cells of a myeloma cell line Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
