MaxLight(TM)490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight(TM)488, Alexa Fluor(TM)488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm), Emission (515nm), Extinction Coefficient 73,000. CD200 is expressed by a subset of B lymphocytes, some endothelial cells and by neurons. Recent studies have suggested that the CD200-CD200 ligand system is of importance in the control of macrophage and granulocyte activation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents (FC): I1904-09G IgG, H&L X-adsorbed (FITC) Recommended Secondary Reagents (IHC): I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab)2 (HRP) Pab RbxMo I1904-66C: IgG, F(ab)2, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxMo Recommended Control: I1904-78R: IgG1 Murine Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
