CD200R, a cell surface glycoprotein (also known as OX2R). In mouse CD200R is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils but also by other leukocytes including T-lymphocytes and mast cells. Studies suggest that CD200-CD200R interaction may be involved in the control of myeloid cellular function. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-82D1: IgG2a, Rat Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
