Absorption Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Specificity: Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Human IgG, anti-Human IgG F(ab)2 and anti-Human Serum. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at -20C after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
